1. Studio Use and Booking

• All studio bookings must be made in advance through our online booking form, email, or authorized booking platforms.

• You are responsible for ensuring your reservation details (date, time, duration, and room type) are correct before confirming.

• Bookings are not considered final until payment has been received and confirmation is sent by Place Trust Studio.

• Studio rentals include access only to the areas and equipment specified in your booking.

2. Payments and Cancellations

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session may forfeit the full payment.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Place Trust Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, power outages, emergencies). In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or credit.

3. Studio Conduct and Responsibility

By renting our space, you agree to:

• Respect all studio equipment, furniture, and property.

• Leave the space clean and in the same condition it was found.

• Refrain from using any open flames, smoking, or illegal substances within the facility.

• Comply with local laws, safety regulations, and noise ordinances.

You are financially responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or property during your rental period.

4. Content Creation and Usage

• You retain ownership of any content you create within the studio.

• By using our space, you grant Place Trust Studio permission to capture behind-the-scenes or promotional content featuring your session for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before your session.

• You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, releases, and permissions for your own productions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Place Trust Studio and its team members shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, theft, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or studio facilities.

• You agree to release and hold harmless Place Trust Studio from any claims related to your use of our facilities or services.

Clients are encouraged to obtain their own production or liability insurance for professional shoots.
 

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site—including text, images, graphics, videos, and logos—are owned or licensed by Place Trust Studio.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.
 

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes

• Attempt to hack, disable, or disrupt the website

• Upload or transmit any harmful code or unauthorized content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any misuse.
 

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information.
 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
